A private tour offers a more intimate look at all we do, providing a taste of our artisanal spirits, and insights into our process of time-honored traditions of authentic craft distillery.
Our Gin Masterclass offers an interactive look at the art and science of making a great gin, and the best ways to build a cocktail. Participants will learn about flavor combinations, trigeminal sensations, mouthfeel, and the meaning of true craft.
All private events require a minimum of ten people.

We are located approximately 43 kilometers south of Metro Manila. Driving from Metro Manila on SLEX, our exit is Turbina-Real. The entrance to Carmelray II is about 250 meters after the entrance to Ayala Greenfield Estate.
